LockboxApps privacy

LockboxApps (www.lockboxapps.com and the tools at lockboxapps.com addresses) is run by Ashworth Real Estate for its agents, staff and owners. This page explains what LockboxApps collects and how it's used.
What we collect
- Your Google sign-in. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo link. We use them to sign you in, decide which tools you can open, and show your name on your home page.
- How you use LockboxApps. We record which tools you open and when, the tools you mark as favorites, and what you type in the hub's search bar. Search history is kept for 90 days.
- Technical details. When you open a tool, we record your browser type and IP address with the time, to keep the service secure and working.
- A sign-in cookie. One cookie keeps you signed in across LockboxApps tools for up to 24 hours.
How we use it
- To run LockboxApps: signing you in, controlling access, building your home page, search and support.
- Search with AI. When you use it, the words you typed and the names of the tools you can open may be sent to an AI service to find the right tool. Your email address is not sent.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
- We don't share it outside Ashworth Real Estate, except with the companies that run LockboxApps for us (our hosting provider, Google for sign-in, and AI services for AI features), and only to provide the service.
Files and documents
Each tool handles files differently:
- PDF Studio works on your PDFs inside your browser. Your files aren't uploaded to our servers.
- Offer Summary and Listing Description Generator use AI to produce their results, so the documents or photos you give them may be sent to an AI service. Some tools, such as Offer Summary, keep what you upload so you can come back to it.
